Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully —No exceptions.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to book your appointment! The deposit will go towards your total for the appointment. We take paymentrs through Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash.
— Please arrive with clean lashes, no makeup on your eyes.
— Please no extra guests. No kids.
— Must cancel or reschedule 24 hrs before your appointment otherwise you will be responsible to pay a 30% cancellation fee.
— No-show no-call will be responsible to pay 100% of the service(s) booked.
— Please be on time. If you arrive early kindly wait in your car until your appointment time to ring the doorbell (or text me before coming up) to avoid interrumptions during service.
— Please be on time. If you are 10-15mins late must pay a $15 fee.
— At 16 minutes of lateness your appointment will be canceled and must pay the cancellation fee (30%)
